SIN - GLASGOW'S ONLY METAL CLUB NIGHT IS BACK!

THIS FRIDAY 28th September - GLASGOW SOUNDHAUS

On the Last Friday of the month, SIN brings you four live bands and four hours of metal DJs playing the best of all that's hard and heavy.

This Friday features live sets from Syth, Concept of Time, Novella and 15 Times Dead, and your DJ for the evening is Quzzy (Co-Exist, Pigscum).

If you're into Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Machine Head, Slayer, Testament, SYL, Cannibal Corpse, Lamb of God, Metallica, Death, Morbid Angel, Pantera, Motörhead, Dio, Arch Enemy, Amon Amarth, Morbid Angel, Satyricon, Blind Guardian, Grave Digger, AC/DC or anything else that's METAL, you need to be here.

Doors open 8pm. Bands play until 11pm, DJs from 11pm to 3am!

SIN is Glasgow's ONLY club night devoted to heavy metal in all its forms! It relaunches on Friday the 28th of September at the Soundhaus on 47 Hydepark St.

Each SIN night will include:

Four live metal bands playing from 8pm to 11pm
Metal DJs blasting your ears until 3 in the morning
Heavy metal videos and horror movies on our big projector screen
Dirt cheap drinks promos all night long
Scotland's leading troupe of alternative performing artists, the SIN Girls!

If that sounds like the kind of thing you'd like to see thrive, grow and continue, then we need your help!

This is a pretty special weekend at the Soundhaus as we step back in time and go all RETRO with our music.

Friday 31st August Specialitee presents Disco Flex3 and 80s Revival

Just for a total change we're givin it a bit of the Eighties, yes the eighties ...THE 80s!!! with djs Doug and Mr Mister playing all the greatest Rock, Pop and Dance from the decade fashion forgot.

Dress to impress (Hey, Primark are doing a great cheap line in 80s style gear at the mo!)

In the big room we are doin DIXCO, or Disco to you, with Disco stalwarts and legends here in the Soundhaus over the years Carole of Chakra fame and a legend in his own lifetime the Disco Fairy (or Scouse jon as others know him) or even Sloop as he is now known from the Beat Delivery...also Dj Zoe so a veritable smorgasborg of sounds to funk you up and get you grooving.

Entry is a mere £4 for members and £6 for guests

Saturday 1st September - Back in the Day

Back in the Day hosted by non other than Daz of Disco X fame, takes us back underground with an evening of Old Skool Music with a host of great names.

Squeeze into your old party gear, get your glow sticks a swinging and reminisce about your youth in style... for those unlucky enough to have missed it all first time round, get yer arses down to the Soundhaus on Saturday to see what it was all about and how it all started, with the best original Old Skool DJ's in the Country!!!

This old skool night promises to be a belter.

Deviant Behaviour presents old school legend Egyptian Lover.

The Egyptian Lover started out as a dj in Los Angeles.

He released his first debut solo single and club hit "Egypt, Egypt" in 1984.

It was followed by more enormous dance hits, including "And My Beat Goes Boom", "What Is a DJ If He Can't Scratch", "Girls", "You're so Fine", "The Lover", "Sexy Style", "The Alesby Inn" and "Freak a Holic".
